emergency nursing if one of the most impacted nursing specialties specially during the last 2 year with the COVID pandemic. some of the organizations had created a reward system to increase the retention rate as well as the staff satisfaction and create a significant impact on patient satisfaction.

I was able to identified few opportunities for improvement after my pre and pops assessment, I am currently working as a nurse manager and this course created an strongest vision of productivity and staffing
