SOLUTION
-
- Summarize data from the tables
As seen above, there were 3 registered nurses in the survey. The pre-survey indicates a relatively lack of knowledge among the nurses, especially surrounding the correlation between nursing specialty and leadership, nurse specialty and patient outcomes, and the cost and examination of the specialty certification. There is a shift in the post-survey as it is evident that the registered nurses were more knowledgeable of the certification of emergency nurses at the end of the presentation.
Include any positive or negative changes
The notable positive change is that all registered nurses were strongly convicted that they would be interested in pursuing specialty certification. Also, there was an increase in knowledge as the registered nurses indicated that they had gained a deeper understanding of their specialty certification and its resulting impact on leadership skills and patient outcomes.
