SOLUTION
Define Approved Patient Scenario
The patient’s scenario involves a 44-year old male. According to the patient, he has been having extreme pain in the chest area for the last 2 weeks and the pain was quite frequent. Furthermore, the patient mentions that he has experienced palpitations, which were accompanied by increased heartbeat rate even though at times he may just be sited on his couch at home. While communicating with the nurse, the patient is seen holding his head and states that he was feeling dizzy. Based on the symptoms that have been exhibited by the patient, the nurse confirms that the patient may be suffering from cardiovascular disease.
