SOLUTION
Professor and Class,
The diet chosen for this discussion is the Mediterranean Diet. The Mediterranea diet is an approach to meals that emphasizes more on the traditional cuisine of countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. Despite the lack of an established definition of the Mediterranean diet, it is known to primarily include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and beans. The key features of the Mediterranea diet are daily consumption of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats; weekly intake of fish, poultry, beans, and eggs; moderate dairy products and limited intake of red meat (Dernini et al., 2018). The Mediterranean diet is also known for eating together with family and friends, taking a glass of red wine, and maintain physical activity.
To respond to my cousin about the Mediterranean diet, my first question would be, ‘what do you know about this diet? The question is important as it would help in establishing what my cousin knows and needs to know (Weber & Kelley, 2018). Please click the purchase button to access the entire copy at $5
