SOLUTION

I have improved my week one score from 35 to the current 42. Over the eight weeks that I have participated in this course, I have improved by 7 points. I would consider my current score to be above average. The competencies that I have improved over the weeks include;

  1. Evaluation of data from all the relevant sources, including technology, to inform the delivery of care.
  2. Demonstrating nursing skills in using information system
  3. Patient-care technologies and communication devices that support safe nursing practice.
  4. Implementing safeguards and decision-making support tools embedded in patient care technologies and information systems to promote safe practice settings for patients and healthcare professionals.
