Criteria I believe that patient satisfaction with the quality of services provided should be the priority focus of the next research study. Research shows that high patient satisfaction is directly correlated with good treatment outcomes. The patient’s experience will significantly impact their emotional well-being. Accordingly, a person’s mental and emotional health affects their physical wellness. If someone is under stress and unhappy with the care they receive, they are less likely to recover quickly. Since patients’ health is the most crucial priority in nursing care, actions must be taken to ensure that efforts are made to achieve patient satisfaction. It is assumed that receiving feedback and using it in nursing practice will improve the attitude of patients towards the treatment being carried out and their stay in the clinic.
